Terms and Conditions of Fun Rentals

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Fun Rentals (the company). By making a reservation, placing an order, or using our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Rentals

2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to rent equipment.
2.2. Reservation: Reservations can be made online or over the phone. Ensure that the required information is accurate to avoid issues during pick-up. 2.3. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and a security deposit may be collected at the time of rental.

3. Equipment Usage

3.1. Responsibility: You are responsible for the equipment rented from Fun Rentals. You agree to take proper care of the equipment and return it in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear. 3.2. Prohibited Uses: The equipment may not be used for any illegal purpose, off-road use (unless specified), or by any person not authorized by Fun Rentals.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the rental date will receive a full refund.
4.2. No-shows: If you do not show up for your reservation and do not inform us in advance within the required period, you will not receive a refund.

5. Liability

5.1. Insurance: Fun Rentals provides limited liability insurance for equipment. You may purchase additional coverage at the time of rental. 5.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Fun Rentals harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the rented equipment.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
